What you will do

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and propose ITSM/ESM solutions based on Atlassian tools.
• Act as a trusted advisor applying ITIL best practices and developing high-level architectures.
• Configure advanced technical solutions including assets management, system integrations, and automation.
• Support pre-sales by defining scope, estimates, and solution design.
• Travel to client sites for key meetings and events as needed.
• Drive internal initiatives to expand expertise and improve delivery practices.

Requirements

• Must be proficient in German and English
• Proven consulting experience with Atlassian toolset and ITSM/ESM solutions.
• Ability to autonomously lead engagements and manage customer relationships.
• Knowledge and application of ITIL framework in ITSM processes.
• Experience supporting pre-sales and fixed-price packaged offerings.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a consulting environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with REST API integrations and scripting (Groovy, Python).
• Pre-sales experience and requirements analysis skills.
• Background in fast-paced tech startup environments.
• Understanding of application scalability, availability, and security non-functional requirements.
