What you will do

• Design, implement, and improve ITIL-based processes and ITSM workflows aligned with ITIL v4 and company goals.
• Collaborate with Atlassian Jira/ITSM platform specialists to optimize workflows, automations, and integrations.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to support governance and service improvements.
• Coach leaders and teams to embrace iterative delivery and transparency.
• Facilitate workshops such as retrospectives and value stream mapping to optimize flow and align priorities.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement to accelerate collaboration and business outcomes.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in Nacka Strand, Sweden
• English: Fluent proficiency required
• Bachelor's degree level of working and thinking.
• 10-15 years of consultancy experience.
• Experience with ITIL v4 processes and frameworks including Incident, Problem, Change, Request Fulfillment, Knowledge Management, and CMDB.
• Technical skills in ITSM platforms (preferably Atlassian Jira), workflow design, automation, and integration.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Swedish language.
