TL;DR
IT Consultant (Enterprise Software): Implementing HR and workforce management solutions for large enterprise clients with an accent on requirement analysis, software configuration, and client onboarding. Focus on leading customer workshops, managing multiple parallel project work packages, and driving technical implementations within international markets.
Location: Must be based in or able to work from the EU (Hybrid roles with offices in Paris and Utrecht).

What you will do
- Lead customer workshops to define requirements, share best practices, and provide software training.
- Translate complex business needs into technical configurations within the HR software platform.
- Lead and structure project work packages, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
- Manage multiple customer projects in parallel, ensuring successful implementation and deployment.
- Provide ongoing technical and professional support for workforce management solutions.
- Engage in daily remote customer interaction with periodic travel for on-site meetings and internal gatherings.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in an IT consulting role.
- Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
- Completed university degree in a technical or scientific field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business Informatics, etc.).
- Proven experience in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Ability to work in a structured, self-motivated, and organized manner.
- Must have the flexibility and willingness to travel for client assignments.

- Proven track record of managing large enterprise and multinational corporation projects.
- Strong background in HR software or workforce management solutions.
