What you will do

• Lead customer workshops and provide software training and requirement analysis.
• Translate client requirements into technical implementations and configure HR software.
• Plan and structure work packages in collaboration with consultants and customers.
• Manage projects primarily in French and Benelux markets, supporting international teams.
• Provide professional and technical support for workforce management solutions.
• Engage in daily remote customer interaction with periodic onsite travel.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and French
• 4–8 years of IT consulting experience with strong communication and leadership skills.
• Well-organized, structured, and proactive in consulting roles.
• Completed university degree in technical or scientific fields.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
