What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of Mid-Market and SMB accounts as their primary strategic partner.
- Drive regional revenue growth through upselling and optimizing commercial structures.
- Conduct Strategic Business Reviews and client visits to understand evolving needs.
- Minimize churn by implementing retention strategies and maintaining satisfaction.
- Use data-driven decision-making with BI tools like Looker and Planhat.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless customer journeys and provide basic API technical support.
Requirements
- Must be based in Dubai or have legal right to work in the UAE.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Account Management within SaaS, preferably F&B or POS sectors.
- Native-level Arabic and professional English proficiency required.
- Technical aptitude with basic API understanding and CRM proficiency.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into business strategies.
