What you will do
- Strategize high-growth potential accounts and drive account expansion through tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with accounts to understand their business needs and goals.
- Monitor account performance by creating reports that highlight key metrics and trends, tailored to each merchant’s specific needs.
- Proactively identify potential obstacles, address challenges swiftly, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support organizational projects and identify strategic opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or a similar client-facing role is a plus.
- Strong communication, data analytics, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple key accounts and participate in projects simultaneously.
- Exposure to metrics important to e-commerce businesses is preferred.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Tableau is a plus.
