TL;DR
Mid-Market Account Executive (Sales): Managing a territory of approximately 100 accounts to understand how they use hirify.global, introducing them to the Enterprise Suite. Focus on driving widespread adoption and larger deployments, and building strategic adoption plans for customers in large accounts.
Location: Must be based out of San Francisco Bay Area, Boston, Bangalore, Hyderabad, London, and New York; employees are expected to come into the office 3-days a week.

What you will do
- Take ownership of the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Build a strategic plan for your territory and execute a land and expand sales strategy to drive widespread adoption.
- Educate customers on the value of hirify.global, provide recommendations based on business needs, and ensure long-term customer success.
- Navigate key decision-makers to build hirify.global Enterprise awareness within organizations.
- Provide a detailed and accurate forecast.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success Managers, Sales Development representatives, Leadership, etc.
Requirements
- A top performer with 3-5 years of experience hunting and closing net new logos.
- Experienced with creatively sourcing pipeline outside of inbound lead flow.
- Relevant sales experience in an Enterprise SaaS organization with experience selling developer and/or technical products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong track record of navigating organizations.
- Ability to develop senior-level relationships quickly and effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously at various stages of the buying process.
