What you will do

• Own and deliver complex game features from design to player release with high quality.
• Ensure modular, scalable architecture and advocate high coding standards.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to enhance player experience.
• Champion technical health, address technical debt, and maintain game performance.
• Guide and mentor developers through complex technical challenges.
• Continuously improve technology and resolve major defects.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Espoo or Barcelona.
• 10+ years professional software development experience with focus on game development.
• 2-3 years recent experience in a tech lead role.
• Proven delivery of Free-to-Play games through all phases.
• Strong skills in C# and Unity engine for mobile games.
• Deep understanding of game tech stacks and software design principles (SOLID, TDD, clean architecture).
• Ability to autonomously lead complex technical solutions and document challenges.
