What you will do
- Bridge game engineering and content production by translating technical requirements into clear plans and timelines.
- Set up and maintain Unity environments and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Fastlane) for automated builds and monitoring.
- Own the end-to-end localization pipeline, from extraction and vendor coordination to in-game validation.
- Manage third-party SDK integrations (e.g., analytics) in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Stress test QA plans, test coverage, and bug triage workflows to ensure release readiness across devices, OS versions, and locales.
- Oversee production from technical design to submission, proactively identifying and surfacing risks to stakeholders.
Requirements
- English: C1+ fluency is essential for clear written and spoken communication.
- 3+ years in a hands-on technical role in mobile game development (Technical Producer, Build Engineer, or similar).
- Strong working knowledge of Unity project structure, build targets, and release workflows.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tooling.
- Proven experience managing localization pipelines for mobile apps or games.
- Familiarity with third-party SDK integration.
- Experience with QA planning, bug workflows, and release sign-off.
- Proficiency in JIRA, GitHub Projects, or equivalent.
- Visa Sponsorship: Available for candidates who need a visa to work in the EU to facilitate relocation to Spain.
