What you will do

• Shape engine development and contribute to the architecture of in-house engine systems.
• Maintain a holistic view of engine systems and support gameplay and design teams.
• Design, implement, and review engine code for current and future initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with cross-disciplinary teams and co-development partners.
• Lead specific systems and adapt focus as development priorities evolve.
• Update internal documentation for engine features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in professional game development.
• Deep technical knowledge of Unreal Engine or other major game engines.
• Experience in multithreading.
• Ability to build understandable, stable, and elegant systems in C++.
• Tenacity in locating and fixing bugs in complex code.
• Strong communication skills in spoken and written English.
