Support Analyst (Data Privacy)

Support Analyst (Data Privacy): Providing technical support and troubleshooting for the hirify.global platform, focusing on privacy automation modules and collaborating with product and engineering teams to resolve customer issues. Location: Hybrid in Atlanta, GA, requiring 3 days/week in-office. Analyst will start with a Monday-Friday schedule for the first 3-6 months.

Salary: $28.13–$42.19 USD/hour

What you will do

• Handle support cases from Level 2/3 queues and troubleshoot customer issues directly.
• Manage customer support cases and provide regular updates on progress.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify root causes and deliver solutions.
• Develop and maintain deep knowledge of specific hirify.global Privacy Platform modules.
• Support customers in configuring, optimizing, and troubleshooting privacy modules.
• Contribute to the support community through knowledge articles and process improvements.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of work experience in a similar technical support role or a relevant degree.
• Experience with the hirify.global Privacy platform or relevant technical skills (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, APIs/integrations).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex web-based software.
• Ability to learn rapidly and master new modules and technologies.
• Proficient communication with exemplary oral and written skills.
• Work a hybrid schedule with 3 days/week in-office in Atlanta, GA.

Nice to have

• Privacy industry experience or CIPP/E / CIPM certification.
• Language skills (French, German, Spanish, Portuguese).
• Knowledge of IAB TCF 2.0 framework.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) or public cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Basic knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL).
