What you will do
- Respond to technical support tickets and manage personal queue
- Communicate with customers via phone, screen share, and live chat to troubleshoot issues
- Help customers understand payroll integration functionality
- Document software defects and escalate as needed
- Identify gaps in self-help documentation and share ticket trends
- Conduct basic training as needed
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the US or able to work remotely within US time zones
- Previous experience with payroll and HR systems
- High attention to detail and strong technical aptitude
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Excel knowledge
- Solution-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure
Nice to have
- Familiarity with restaurant management and labor scheduling
- Understanding of basic accounting journal entries and labor accruals
