What you will do
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshoot escalated Tier 1 and Tier 2 incidents for Nextech software products
- Maintain proficiency in all technical aspects of Nextech solutions and document support incidents thoroughly
- Partner with Product Support and Development teams to resolve technical issues and escalate as needed
- Schedule and perform software upgrades and coordinate data exports
- Support HL7/HIE/Lab/Device integrations and evaluate client hardware for compatibility
- Maintain and build knowledge base and training documentation to support team and customers
Requirements
- Must be located in the United States excluding California
- Intermediate experience reading HL7 messages and understanding HL7 requirements
- Basic knowledge of SQL and ability to write queries
- Hands-on experience with APIs including support and troubleshooting
- Basic proficiency in HTML and JavaScript for minor script modifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills
Nice to have
- 2+ years supporting Nextech products or software solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS or related IT field
- Expertise in HL7 and advanced SQL query writing
- Experience with system performance monitoring and troubleshooting
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
