What you will do

• Execute and monitor inbound and outbound payments accurately and timely.
• Maintain compliance with FCA, PSD2, and EMI regulatory requirements.
• Manage relationships with banks, card networks, payment processors, and custodians.
• Investigate payment transaction discrepancies and escalate issues.
• Support automation initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with product, compliance, and technology teams on new payment solutions.

Requirements

• Hybrid work setup with presence in London, Athens, or Cyprus offices
• Experience in payment operations within Fintech, banking, or financial services
• Familiarity with payment systems such as SEPA, Faster Payments, SWIFT, and card acquiring
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in English
