What you will do

• Support project management processes, including planning, execution, resource, change, risk, issue, and stakeholder management.
• Ensure assigned projects and programs are well-controlled and follow defined standards and governance.
• Collaborate with the PMO to understand and adhere to mandatory governance standards.
• Promote knowledge of professional project tools and techniques through training and coaching.
• Accurately escalate and communicate risks and issues to the project manager.
• Provide critical data support, including budget tracking, financial forecasting, project evaluation, monitoring, and risk/issue tracking.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of project management fundamentals.
• Familiarity with governance standards and methodologies.
• Ability to deliver data support, including budget tracking and financial forecasting.
• Strong communication skills, including advice to stakeholders and effective escalation of risks/issues.
• Demonstrated experience in maintaining a customer-focused approach.
• Examples of process improvements motivated by your input.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a regulatory environment.
• Confidence with common project management tools (MSP, ServiceNow, Power BI, Jira).
