What you will do

• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Flywheel Monetization across Jira and Confluence.
• Lead high-impact growth initiatives to improve business metrics.
• Use data to drive decisions and balance rigor with speed.
• Champion customer-centric approaches and unlock new growth opportunities.
• Mentor and coach product managers as a player-coach and growth thought leader.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, and Core Product teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in or near Sydney, Australia with remote work flexibility.
• 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or growth roles.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in growth strategy and experimentation.
• Ability to set clear strategy and ambitious goals.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.
