What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams in defining the why, when, and what of products from ideation through launch.
• Build product strategy reflecting hirify.global’s vision and clearly articulate business value to the product team.
• Define the release process and coordinate activities required to bring products to market.
• Manage and prioritize product items, owning the creative process of generating, developing, and curating new ideas.
• Continuously benchmark, monitor, and understand market needs, competition, customer requirements, and emerging technologies.
• Define and analyze metrics to calculate how features or products are performing and provide suggestions for improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS product.
• B.S. from a top-tier university, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous hands-on experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on a time-bounded schedule.
• Previous hands-on experience in Agile Product Development.
• Exceptional decision-making and communication skills.
• Ability to assimilate customer requirements, design appropriate solutions, and translate them into detailed product specifications.
• Must work from Turkey.
