What you will do

• Lead and mentor a high-performing product team fostering ownership and data-driven decision-making.
• Drive user growth and retention by accelerating acquisition and maximizing customer lifetime value.
• Leverage AI strategically to enhance data insights and acquisition channels.
• Partner with marketing, data, legal, and other product areas to translate business goals into scalable platform capabilities.
• Define and own key performance indicators linking platform performance to business outcomes.
• Develop and manage the product roadmap prioritizing features, scalability, and compliance.

Requirements

• Location: Based in Berlin, Germany or able to work hybrid from there.
• Multiple years of experience leading teams and managing cross-functional collaboration.
• Expertise in leveraging data and AI for growth and product strategy.
• Experience in digital product management in agile environments (SCRUM/KANBAN).
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Strong communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
