What you will do

• Manage the RF Plasma Generation solution portfolio and related services globally in close cooperation with Business Unit functions and R&D.
• Develop product and pricing strategies and define go-to-market approaches including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Present solutions to customers, conduct sales training, support sales proposals, and assist system engineering in implementation.
• Contribute to business plan development and communicate progress, challenges, and roadmap to stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor changes to maintain competitive advantage.
• Design and manage marketing campaigns and oversee market communications.

Requirements

• Must reside in the US and have valid work authorization.
• B.S. or M.S. in engineering, systems engineering, or relevant technical degree.
• 5+ years of product management or sales experience in Semiconductor production solutions internationally.
• Strong communication skills and experience working in matrix and international teams across time zones.
• Ability to travel nationally and internationally up to 25% and adapt to cultural differences.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with decision-making skills under uncertainty and strong organizational abilities.
