TL;DR

Product Manager (Fintech): Defining the vision and roadmap for hirify.global’s RIA Custody platform, building a modern, scalable foundation for advisors and their clients with an accent on institutional-grade functionality and regulatory compliance. Focus on leading integration efforts, prioritizing features based on data, and driving go-to-market execution.

Location: This is a hybrid role based in our Chicago, IL, New York, NY, and Menlo Park, CA offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

Salary: Expected base pay range $166,000 - $195,000 USD (depending on location and other factors).

What you will do

• Define the vision and roadmap for hirify.global’s RIA Custody platform, building a modern, scalable foundation.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and Operations to ship custody, clearing, and advisor tools end-to-end.
• Lead integration efforts following the TradePMR acquisition.
• Work with compliance, legal, and risk teams to embed regulatory and operational requirements.
• Prioritize features and platform capabilities based on advisor feedback, data-driven insights, and strategic business goals.
• Drive go-to-market execution across product launches and advisor onboarding.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and launching complex platform or infrastructure products, ideally in fintech, brokerage, or wealth management.
• Deep understanding of custody, clearing, trading, or advisor technology domain.
• Proven ability to deliver multi-stakeholder, highly regulated products that balance innovation with operational and compliance rigor.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, and operations teams.
• Exceptional communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset, skilled at defining success metrics and using insights.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech and/or B2B / B2C consumer AI products.
