What you will do

• Define and drive product strategy and roadmap for institutional financial infrastructure.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership and institutional clients to translate vision into shipped products.
• Own end-to-end functional design, specifications, and business logic.
• Lead product cadence including planning, backlog management, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support testing cycles, issue resolution, and production readiness.
• Drive product rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement based on user feedback.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States or flexible to work with US team needs
• English: Proficient communication skills required
• Senior experience managing complex B2B or financial products.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to produce detailed documentation.
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
