What you will do

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for Marketplace, Ecosystem Infrastructure, EOR, and global HRIS extensions.
• Drive ecosystem growth strategy and international expansion aligned with company objectives.
• Identify and implement AI-driven enhancements to ecosystem value and partner integrations.
• Own divisional budget, resource planning, and financial performance.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between Product, Partnerships, Engineering, CX, and Sales.
• Build and develop a high-performance product management team and leadership bench.

Requirements

• Must be based in Utah or able to work hybrid with regular office presence
• 12+ years product management experience with 5+ years at Director or VP level.
• Proven success scaling platform/ecosystem businesses and driving revenue growth via partner integrations.
• Experience leading international product expansion and global market strategies.
• Expertise in HR Technology (HRIS/HCM) and Employer of Record models.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
