What you will do

• Define the long-term product strategy and vision for the RTLS portfolio.
• Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and emerging trends to guide strategic prioritization.
• Build and own a multi-year roadmap aligned with company goals and revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing product team.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, sales, marketing, and operations.
• Own product performance metrics: adoption, retention, ARR, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; lower degree with additional relevant experience required.
• 10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience with RTLS, IoT, indoor positioning, wireless technologies (BLE, UWB, Wi-Fi), or enterprise SaaS.
• Proven success defining and launching complex B2B or enterprise platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and balance strategic priorities with execution.
