Salary: $178,000 - $210,000 (annual)

What you will do

• Define and execute the multi-year product vision and roadmap for ALM AI, aligned with ALM strategy and enterprise-wide objectives.
• Apply customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform product strategy.
• Drive disciplined product planning and execution across Product, Engineering, R&D, UX, and Program Management.
• Build strong collaboration with Hungary development teams to ensure high-quality, predictable product delivery.
• Serve as a strategic partner to Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to support GTM motions and sales opportunities.
• Develop and lead a high-performing global Product Management team, fostering innovation and accountability.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive product management leadership in enterprise software.
• 7+ years leading global product teams.
• Demonstrated success operating in highly matrixed global organizations.
• Experience partnering closely with international development organizations.
• Expertise in SaaS, cloud technologies, digital engineering, ALM/PLM/DevOps, or adjacent domains.
• Technical degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
