Salary: USD $131,400 – $215,400 per year (New York City metropolitan area).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field AND 2+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in JavaScript and TypeScript (or equivalent experience).
• Microsoft Cloud Background Check required upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
• Solid CS fundamentals and an inclination for architecting at scale.
• Excellent technical design, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and ability to build metrics to analyze business impact.
• Passion for UX and creating high-quality user experiences.
• Solid collaboration and effective communication skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field AND 3+ years of technical engineering experience (or Bachelor’s with 5+ years).
• Hands-on experience with ReactJS and modern frontend development and testing tools.
• Experience using AI-powered development tools to improve code quality and streamline workflows.
