Location: Expected to work from a designated hirify.global office at least four days a week if living within 50 miles (U.S.) or 25 miles (non-U.S.) of that location.

Salary: $139,900 – $274,800 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute on LLM platform strategy for Copilot that extends language model’s capabilities.
• Identify and prioritize platform, orchestration, and language model issues impacting quality and safety.
• Define, deploy, and manage experiments in production, driving measurable improvements in relevance and engagement.
• Partner with product teams to scale tool building and resolve dependencies.
• Own the status of key projects, proactively identifying risks and proposing solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years of experience in product management OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading ambiguous product areas, defining requirements, and developing roadmaps.
• 2+ years of experience building ML-powered or LLM-powered products.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, embeddings, vector databases, and tool use.
• Hands-on experience with prompt design, context window management, and model evaluation.

Nice to have

• Experience building retrieval and/or recommendation systems, driving measurable improvements in relevance and engagement.
• Experience building LLM applications with familiarity in agent and orchestration frameworks.
• Technical depth in software development, data science, and machine learning.
• Experience using and applying Large Language Models with prompt engineering and evaluation skills.
