What you will do

• Serve as a team member on customer projects, focusing on design, architecture, integration, implementation, and documentation for hirify.global solutions.
• Provide case-initiated consultative support to strategic users and customers, assisting with implementation, onboarding, and production launches.
• Handle L1 to L3 support cases and communications for customers when not actively assigned to projects.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to contribute to the product roadmap and account plans.
• Develop content including documentation, knowledge base articles, reference architectures, and benchmark results.
• Assist with hiring and mentoring new team members as the company scales.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Support, Technical Accounts Management, Engineering/SRE, and/or Project Management roles.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience implementing, operating, and/or supporting scalable, fault-tolerant, distributed database management systems (DBMS).
• Technical breadth and depth in DBMS, OLAP, Cloud/SaaS platforms, distributed systems software engineering, Linux/Unix, Kubernetes, System or Network Administration, and big data.
• Experience leading and shipping large scope technical projects in collaboration with multiple experienced engineers.
• Expertise with a public cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their infrastructure as a service offering (e.g., EC2).
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global or OSS/open-source technologies.
• Experience with Azure, GCP, or AWS.
• Experience with data pipelines such as Kafka, Kinesis, Spark, or RabbitMQ.
