What you will do

• Lead multiple large-scale, high-complexity data intelligence projects and programs including change management and executive engagement.
• Serve as product expert advising customers on best practices and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts ensuring customer success and renewal of services.
• Act as a trusted advisor solving strategic business challenges and representing customer interests internally.
• Support sales activities by positioning professional services to customers and prospects.

Requirements

• Must have 8+ years experience in solution engineering, program management, or consulting with strong data management knowledge.
• Proven skills in portfolio management, risk mitigation, and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with SaaS adoption programs and ability to manage multiple projects with up to 10% travel.
• Strong understanding of data governance, analytics, and business intelligence disciplines.
• Fluent English required; role is remote but restricted to US-based candidates.

• Project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, Six Sigma).
• Familiarity with software development, SQL, Python, APIs, and automation tools like ChatGPT.
