Location: Remote within the United States, Los Angeles County

Salary: $136,100–$235,200 per year

What you will do

Define and drive customer-facing features for Alexa, including advanced Conversational AI.
Create advanced features from technical innovations and deliver high-quality generative AI services.
Communicate clear vision and align teams to execute thoughtful requirements.
Develop deep understanding of customer needs and pain points.
Collaborate closely with science, engineering, UX/design, business development, legal, and partners.
Engage with senior leadership and multiple delivery organizations to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Must be based in the United States (Los Angeles County).
5+ years of product, program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
Bachelor's degree required.
Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and end-to-end product delivery.
Ability to engage in engineering discussions on technology decisions and strategy.
Experience managing technical products or online services and advocating for customers at executive levels.

Nice to have

Experience with analytical tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight.
Experience building and driving adoption of new tools.
