What you will do

• Own complex technical programs or products from concept through launch and sustained operations, driving measurable customer and business outcomes.
• Define vision, strategy, and success metrics, translating high-level goals into executable roadmaps and milestones.
• Partner deeply with engineering teams, demonstrating technical fluency to evaluate design tradeoffs, risks, and system dependencies.
• Drive cross-org alignment across engineering, product, science, UX, operations, finance, and leadership with competing priorities.
• Identify and mitigate risks early using data, mechanism design, and escalation paths to unblock progress.
• Communicate crisply at all levels, from senior leadership narratives to detailed technical documents.

Requirements

• Must have 6+ years of program or project management experience.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements and influence senior leadership.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience managing large technical programs, defining system architectures, and exploring technical feasibility tradeoffs.
• Experience balancing conflicting priorities and dealing with ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, HR, or related fields.
• Experience leading programs involving distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, data platforms, or device ecosystems at scale.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Track record of building durable mechanisms and operating models that improve reliability and scalability.
