What you will do
- Drive cross-functional projects tied to product development, launches, and internal improvements
- Coordinate work between Product, Engineering, Design, and Commercial teams
- Break down initiatives into clear scopes, timelines, and priorities
- Track progress, manage dependencies, and surface risks early
- Facilitate planning sessions and follow-ups
- Keep documentation, decisions, and project status clear and accessible
- Continuously improve how teams plan, communicate, and deliver
Requirements
- 2–5 years experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager in a SaaS or product-led tech environment
- Based in Europe and comfortable working fully remote
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Confident collaboration with engineers, designers, and product managers
- Clear communication skills without micromanaging
- Curious mindset interested in improving tools and workflows
