Senior Project Manager (Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM): Leading the implementation of association-specific CRM software for clients with an accent on detailed project planning, client satisfaction, and process streamlining. Focus on managing complex software implementation projects from discovery to close-out, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality solutions.
Location: This is a fully remote position. Staff must be available to work during the hours of 8am – 6pm ET and be available on camera for client-facing meetings. Occasional travel to client sites is required (typically no more than 2-3 times per year for 1-3 days).

What you will do
- Lead project kickoffs, discovery, and requirements analysis for CRM software implementations.
- Collaborate with sales, business analysts, consultants, and developers to ensure project alignment and custom requirements are met.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and budget reports, ensuring on-time and within-budget completion.
- Oversee documentation, testing, and quality assurance for deliverables, seeking client sign-off.
- Manage internal project resources and maintain accurate time/task tracking for reporting and billing.
- Maintain client relationships post-launch, identifying upsell opportunities and providing proactive updates.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing large, intricate software implementation projects.
- 5+ years of experience managing project budgets in excess of $250K and timelines in excess of 12 months.
- Keen ability to assess and mitigate project risk and extensive experience managing change control.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word, and moderate to advanced skills leveraging Jira.
- Ability to manage multiple competing projects, priorities, and tasks simultaneously.
Nice to have
- Experience managing Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Association Management System (AMS/CRM) implementations is desirable.
- Experience within the association industry.
