Location: Remote within the United States, must be able to work US Eastern or Central Time hours

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a global client advocacy strategy aligned with business objectives and field marketing priorities.
  • Partner with regional marketing managers to integrate client stories into events and campaigns.
  • Manage client advocate database and coordinate production of advocacy assets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to amplify client stories across marketing channels.
  • Design and manage Customer Advisory Boards for AMER and EMEA regions.
  • Support customer awards and recognition programs to highlight impactful use cases.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States and able to work US Eastern or Central Time hours.
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in technology, software, or ecommerce with focus on client advocacy and field marketing.
  • Proven experience developing client stories and collaborating with sales and client success teams.
  • Strong project management and communication skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing tools such as Salesforce and Marketo.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and operate Client Advisory Boards or similar stakeholder groups.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS, ecommerce, retail, or marketplace technology environments.
  • Familiarity with third-party review platforms and event management tools.
  • Experience collaborating with global or regional teams, especially EMEA.
