Salary: $75,000 Annually USD + Variable Compensation Plan

What you will do

• Identify trends and monitor CRM data quality proactively.
• Address day-to-day data challenges affecting go-to-market teams.
• Perform data reconciliations and collaborate cross-functionally to correct discrepancies.
• Support Revenue Operations functions including Deal Desk and Order Management during peak periods.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and Leadership to improve processes and governance.
• Support CRM and ERP system enhancements and improvements.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States (remote, preferably East Coast).
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with Salesforce (SFDC), CPQ, and Microsoft/Google suites.
• Background in Data Operations, Revenue/Sales/Customer Success operations or analytics.
• Strong communication skills for gathering and conveying requirements.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests while maintaining strategic and tactical execution.
