What you will do
- Serve as the primary US BizOps contact for GTM teams, troubleshooting CRM issues.
- Partner with the global BizOps team in Tel Aviv to scale and optimize CRM workflows.
- Run routine system audits, ensure data hygiene, and keep all records accurate.
- Document and update internal processes, guides, and playbooks.
- Support onboarding of new GTM hires on tools, processes, and best practices.
- Work with analysts and engineers on integrations, tooling updates, and system rollouts.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in BizOps, SalesOps, or RevOps, ideally in a SaaS environment.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (strong advantage for HubSpot).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort supporting distributed teams across time zones.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple requests independently.
- Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills for creating reports or dashboards.
- Must be based in Florida, New York, South Carolina, North Carolina, or Georgia, United States.
Nice to have
- Experience working with distributed US-based GTM teams.
- Background in B2B SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with tools like Chili Piper, Gong, or Intercom.
- Basic project management experience.
- Experience using automation/AI tools (e.g., n8n, Cursor).
- Strong documentation and training capabilities.
