What you will do
- Provide clear, prompt, and empathetic customer support via email, live chat, and phone.
- Assist customers in resolving basic to complex inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with product and development teams by providing customer feedback.
- Act as an advocate for customers and suggest improvements to products and processes.
- Build trust and support within the customer support team.
Requirements
- Must be based in Bogotá, Colombia and work remotely from there.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and French.
- 3+ years of customer support experience in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with email, phone, and live chat support, preferably with software products.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with Zendesk, LiveAgent, or Jira.
