What you will do
- Lead the full sales cycle from strategic prospecting to closing new business growth opportunities within Central Government.
- Apply consultative, insight-driven selling to uncover critical agency challenges and co-create outcome-based solutions.
- Build and maintain multi-level, trusted relationships with government executives and decision-makers in the Defense sector.
- Own strategic account management and expansion, developing multi-year account roadmaps.
- Orchestrate operational excellence by leveraging sales systems and navigating public procurement, compliance, and regulatory processes.
Requirements
- Proven track record of acquiring new logos and driving account expansion in complex public-sector environments.
- Deep experience in strategic account planning, stakeholder mapping, and influencing senior-level government stakeholders.
- Expertise in leading business-focused, outcome-based conversations and building compelling ROI and TCO business cases.
- Understanding of storage technologies, cloud computing, and modern data center architecture.
- High intrinsic motivation, emotional intelligence, and resilience, with strong ownership in public sector contexts.
- Business fluency in both French and English is required.
