Account Manager (Gift Cards): Owning and growing the Gift Cards business commercially with an accent on building relationships with leading merchants and negotiating killer deals. Focus on designing processes from scratch, identifying untapped opportunities, and expanding hirify.global's catalog to make it the go-to partner for gift cards.

Location: This position is open to candidates located in Paris only. You can choose to work from the office or from home with no constraints if based in Paris.

What you will do

  • Own and commercially grow the Gift Cards business.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with leading merchants and providers.
  • Negotiate deals to secure the best value for hirify.global users.
  • Identify and unlock untapped opportunities across categories.
  • Design processes from scratch, from merchant collaboration to commercial strategy.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be located in Paris.
  • Languages: Fluent in French and English, written and spoken.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in a commercial role (Account Management, Business Development, Sales), ideally in a fast-growing environment.
  • Education: Degree from a top-tier business or engineering school.
  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial, challenge-driven, adaptable, organized, and autonomous.
  • Commercial skills: Skilled negotiator, thrives on building win-win partnerships, closing deals, and spotting new revenue opportunities.
  • Analytical skills: Data-driven, able to turn numbers into action.
