Location: Hybrid work with up to 50% home office in Germany (Berlin, Munich, Göppingen)

What you will do

  • Own and develop the global customer advocacy marketing strategy to increase advocates, stories, reviews, and in-person engagements.
  • Lead implementation and adoption of the hirify.global Voices advocacy platform in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Align Customer Advisory Board and strategic customer engagement initiatives across regions.
  • Partner with CX team to integrate third-party review platforms into advocacy efforts.
  • Embed customer proof points into global and regional marketing campaigns and sales materials.
  • Track, analyze, and report program performance against KPIs and share insights with product and marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of marketing experience focused on customer advocacy, corporate communications, or customer marketing.
  • Proven experience managing customer programs including advisory boards and user communities.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging internal and external stakeholders.
  • Customer-first mindset with passion for customer success.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills to handle multiple initiatives.
  • Strategic thinker with strong tactical execution capabilities.
