What you will do

  • Own the global go-to-market and product marketing strategy, partnering closely with Product Management and commercial teams.
  • Translate product roadmap into launch and rollout plans with clear audiences, channels, messaging, and success metrics.
  • Lead and develop Product Marketing, Content Marketing, and Rollout teams under a shared vision.
  • Build buyer personas and deepen understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • Own value propositions, messaging architecture, and content strategy supporting web, lead generation, thought leadership, and sales enablement.
  • Coordinate launch kits and ensure consistent, scalable execution with local marketing partners.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Europe or able to work remotely within Europe
  • Significant experience in product marketing and go-to-market roles in B2B/B2G SaaS or platform businesses.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
  • Excellent collaboration skills across functions and countries, engaging with senior leadership and board level.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in KPIs, funnel metrics, and financial assumptions.
  • Growth mindset and passion for understanding customers and markets.
