What you will do

• Own and continuously optimize internal marketing processes, workflows, and documentation.
• Oversee the planning and management of an eight-figure annual marketing budget in close partnership with Marketing Leadership and Finance.
• Own the planning and execution of key internal marketing touchpoints, including All-Hands, Leadership meetings, and off-sites.
• Oversee documentation standards and knowledge management systems to ensure transparency and scalability across marketing.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in marketing operations, business operations, or project coordination, ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
• Strong organizational and process-thinking skills, detail-oriented with a focus on efficiency.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong financial and operational acumen, with a deep understanding of key SaaS business metrics.
• Hands-on experience designing, implementing, or optimizing AI workflows or agents for marketing, content, or operational automation.
