Salary: £26,000 - £28,000

What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for new clients immediately following their software purchase.
• Build and maintain strong, supportive relationships with schools and Multi-Academy Trusts.
• Offer full operational support and address any client queries throughout the onboarding phase.
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to the SaaS platforms.
• Create and oversee project timelines and coordinate system builds to meet the client’s needs.
• Organize and coordinate training sessions to ensure users are confident with the technology.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer onboarding, project management, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using SaaS platforms and related technologies.
