What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for new clients immediately following their software purchase.
- Build and maintain strong, supportive relationships with schools and Multi-Academy Trusts.
- Offer full operational support and address any client queries throughout the onboarding phase.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to the SaaS platforms.
- Create and oversee project timelines and coordinate system builds to meet the client’s needs.
- Organize and coordinate training sessions to ensure users are confident with the technology.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer onboarding, project management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using SaaS platforms and related technologies.
