TL;DR

Technical Support Associate (PropTech): Taking ownership of onboarding and data processes across hirify.global platforms, manipulating CSV data and triggering automated workflows with an accent on problem-solving and process improvement. Focus on root cause analysis, resolving technical issues, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.

Location: Hybrid in Manchester, UK with up to 2 days WFH.

Salary: £26,000 – £32,000 dependent on experience.

What you will do

  • Take ownership of onboarding and data processes across Street and Bridge.
  • Run imports, upload and manipulate CSV data, and trigger automated workflows.
  • Monitor automated processes and investigate issues when they arise.
  • Carry out root cause analysis to understand why problems occur and how to prevent them in the future.
  • Work closely with engineering and other internal teams to gather context and resolve technical issues.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and processes as the role matures.

Requirements

  • Naturally curious and enjoy getting to the bottom of how things work.
  • Confident communicating with a wide range of people, whether technical or non-technical.
  • Comfortable working with technical tools and data, and not afraid to investigate.
  • Organised, calm under pressure, and able to prioritise effectively.
  • Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
