What you will do
- Take ownership of onboarding and data processes across Street and Bridge.
- Run imports, upload and manipulate CSV data, and trigger automated workflows.
- Monitor automated processes and investigate issues when they arise.
- Carry out root cause analysis to understand why problems occur and how to prevent them in the future.
- Work closely with engineering and other internal teams to gather context and resolve technical issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and processes as the role matures.
Requirements
- Naturally curious and enjoy getting to the bottom of how things work.
- Confident communicating with a wide range of people, whether technical or non-technical.
- Comfortable working with technical tools and data, and not afraid to investigate.
- Organised, calm under pressure, and able to prioritise effectively.
- Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
