Salary: $108,500.00–$152,000.00 CAD (potential to increase up to $173,500.00 CAD based on performance).

What you will do

• Own the strategy for internal content tooling, defining objectives and implementation plans.
• Lead discovery to capture requirements and prioritize platform features with various teams.
• Drive deprecation of legacy tools and orchestrate migrations to modern platforms.
• Evaluate synergies between text and attribute content services for streamlining and enhancing capabilities.
• Run proofs of concept for backend-focused text and attribute workstreams.
• Collaborate with specialists and Program Management to define and prioritize new features.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience.
• Proven track record in leading discovery and delivery for complex internal user workflows.
• Experience with service-oriented and API-first products.
• Strong data orientation, fluent in defining success metrics and analyzing experiments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in content platforms and experiences.
• Familiarity with content quality systems, localization/globalization workflows, or semantic/knowledge-based content services.
• Experience using AI solutions to improve workflows and platforms.
• Understanding of taxonomy and content classification.
• Bilingual in French and English preferred.
