What you will do
- Drive strategic growth by identifying new opportunities and guiding the business toward high-ROI growth vectors.
- Optimize GTM efficiency by partnering with the RevOps team to measure sales productivity.
- Lead the financial operating plan for the Enterprise Sales organization, managing headcount planning, quota setting, and compensation design.
- Partner with RevOps and Accounting to build a seamless Quote-to-Cash system.
- Build an AI-native function by integrating AI agents and automation into the finance workflow.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience, including 4+ years in operational finance and strategy at a SaaS company, with deep focus on Sales & Marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Finance, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills, including building complex financial models and technical skills (SQL, Hex, or similar BI tools).
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, compelling narratives for Leadership and the Board.
- Proactive, "can-do" attitude and a service-provider mentality.
