What you will do
- Partner with sales and customer experience teams to structure complex deals aligned with company policies and revenue recognition.
- Review and approve deal terms, pricing, and discounts within approval matrices.
- Guide pricing negotiations and collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance and accurate booking.
- Develop and maintain deal desk policies, playbooks, and best practices documentation.
- Implement and optimize AI and automation tools for contract analysis and reporting.
- Facilitate pricing training and enablement for sales and customer teams.
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work onsite in New York, United States
- English: Proficient (B2 level or higher)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- 3-6 years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, or finance roles.
- Proficiency in CPQ tools and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities.
Nice to have
- Experience with usage-based subscription models.
- Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
- Experience with automation and no-code/low-code platforms.
- Knowledge of contract lifecycle management and revenue recognition principles.
- Understanding of legal and contractual terms.
