What you will do

  • Partner with sales and customer experience teams to structure complex deals aligned with company policies and revenue recognition.
  • Review and approve deal terms, pricing, and discounts within approval matrices.
  • Guide pricing negotiations and collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance and accurate booking.
  • Develop and maintain deal desk policies, playbooks, and best practices documentation.
  • Implement and optimize AI and automation tools for contract analysis and reporting.
  • Facilitate pricing training and enablement for sales and customer teams.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to work onsite in New York, United States
  • English: Proficient (B2 level or higher)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
  • 3-6 years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, or finance roles.
  • Proficiency in CPQ tools and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities.

Nice to have

  • Experience with usage-based subscription models.
  • Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
  • Experience with automation and no-code/low-code platforms.
  • Knowledge of contract lifecycle management and revenue recognition principles.
  • Understanding of legal and contractual terms.
