What you will do
- Build and maintain high-value relationships with top sellers and strategic partners in Japan and SEA.
- Develop tailored growth plans to boost revenue, quality, and engagement.
- Support cross-functional projects that streamline shipping from Japan and enhance operational efficiency.
- Track and forecast key performance metrics, managing financial KPIs and long-term growth forecasts.
- Work closely with the local Japanese Business Developer and other teams to improve seller experience and territory growth.
Requirements
- Proven track record in key account management, ideally within the luxury or watch industry.
- Minimum of 5+ years in account management.
- Strong analytical mindset and proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot and Google Workspace.
- Excellent communicator in Japanese and English.
- Must be based in Japan.
