TL;DR

Business Development Representative (Outbound): Creating a fantastic first impression to prospects and customers while building a pipeline for hirify.global Account Executives with an accent on a multi-channel approach and lead qualification. Focus on achieving monthly quotas of activities, building sales hypotheses, and organizing sales lead information in Salesforce.

Location: Hybrid in Japan (coming into the office twice a week in Tokyo)

What you will do

  • Create a fantastic first impression and build a pipeline for Account Executives.
  • Use a multi-channel approach to connect with leads and contacts from accounts.
  • Organize and categorize sales lead information in Salesforce.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of activities and qualified opportunities.
  • Build hypotheses on research and connect hypothetical challenges to solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of successful SaaS Sales experience (Inside Sales, SDR, BDR).
  • Ability to communicate in Japanese fluently and in English at business proficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Active listener with the ability to gather customer requirements.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Passion for developing a career in technology sales.
