Field Enablement Manager (AI): Designing and scaling customer success programs for an AI-native legal tech workspace with an accent on product mastery, customer engagement workflows, and driving measurable improvements in customer adoption and retention. Focus on building repeatable systems, operationalizing customer success functions, and leading high-impact program strategies for product launches and strategic initiatives.

Location: Onsite at Union Square NYC office.

Salary: $140,000–$160,000

What you will do

  • Design and run certification-based programs for customer onboarding, product mastery, and AI/LLM fluency.
  • Build processes to standardize Customer Success contributions to product releases and GTM strategy.
  • Partner with CS leadership to diagnose gaps, build repeatable systems, and drive customer adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Operationalize the Customer Success function by creating frameworks, documentation, and workflows.
  • Lead program strategy and execution for product launches, CS summits, and strategic customer initiatives.
  • Ensure the Customer Success team shows up with clarity, consistency, and excellence during key company milestones.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience across post-sales or customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Operations, or Solutions Consulting.
  • Experience in Enablement, Revenue Programs, or GTM Operations at high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
  • Strong systems-thinking ability to transform ambiguity into structured, scalable programs.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence to partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of designing programs that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Must be able to work onsite at the Union Square NYC office.
