Salary: USD $139,900 – $274,800 per year (up to USD $304,200 per year in San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area).

What you will do

• Own and manage back-end infrastructure for the Copilot Voice & Vision stack.
• Serve and operate live voice and vision endpoints, including Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and on-call coverage.
• Apply a deep understanding of multimodal LLMs to inform product and engineering decisions.
• Support upstream customer teams developing new features on the Voice & Vision stack.
• Manage and prioritize the backlog of tasks across multiple teams, balancing product improvements and customer requests.
• Lead capacity planning for efficient resource utilization and ensure alignment with organizational processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• 3+ years of experience working with modern web stacks (such as Node.js, Python, or .NET), networking protocols, or deploying or serving large language models (LLMs) in a production environment.
• 3+ years of experience designing, developing, or deploying voice and/or vision solutions in production environments.
• Must be based in the United States and willing to work from a hirify.global office four days a week if within 50 miles.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• Experience developing scalable data collection pipelines and operational processes.
• Ability to proactively identify risks, create mitigation strategies, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Demonstrated success working with engineering, research, and operations to deliver high-impact AI solutions.
