TL;DR

B2B Strategy & Operations Manager (AI): Establishing core operational functions and strategic alignment between Customer Success and New Business Acquisition organizations with an accent on driving GTM operations, sales motion design, and operational insights. Focus on implementing AI, automation, and workflow simplification opportunities to increase productivity and reduce operational friction.

Location: Hybrid from our NYC Headquarters.

Salary: $148,500 - $239,200 USD

What you will do

  • Act as a strategic business partner to Sales leadership, strengthening the selling motion and improving field productivity.
  • Own core B2B operating processes and rhythms, including forecasting, pipeline reviews, QBRs, and renewals.
  • Define and operationalize selling frameworks, stage criteria, qualification standards, and handoff workflows for deal progression.
  • Translate BI-driven diagnostics into clear operational guidance, workflows, playbooks, and process improvements.
  • Define business requirements for GTM infrastructure and partner with the GTM Systems Architect to deliver scalable system solutions.
  • Identify and implement AI, automation, and workflow simplification opportunities to increase productivity and reduce operational friction.

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years in GTM Strategy & Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or CS Ops in SaaS/high-growth environments.
  • Demonstrated success as a zero → one builder of GTM processes, operating models, and frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales methodologies, customer lifecycle, renewals, and expansion motions.
  • Strong GTM systems fluency, including Salesforce user expertise and the ability to define business requirements.
  • Cross-functional leadership experience across Sales, CS, Enablement, Product, BI, Finance, and Systems teams.
  • Strong data interpretation skills, advanced analytical skills in Excel/Sheets, pipeline diagnostics, and forecasting analysis.
  • Technical and AI fluency, capable of evaluating GTM tools and partnering on automation initiatives.
